Potatoes with chicken in cranberry sauce. Sounds long and boring!

For potatoes:

Potato — 3-4 tubers

Salt and pepper (to taste), oregano (a pinch), paprika (more).

For sauce:

Cranberries — 1 cup

For 7-10 minutes we guard both the stewpan and the trash can with a bag of cranberries. Because the cat was lured anyway and is already in ambush. If the sauce seems thick to you, or you just want a different consistency, add a little water in the process, and wine is better.

When the sauce has cooled, you need to chop the berries with a blender. But I don’t like that. I just mash it up really well with a masher. I love thick and tart.
